Approaching Weight Loss
Approaching Weight loss is different for everyone and my treatments will depend upon the individual’s needs and experiences with food.
For example, if you work shifts then your needs will be different to those who work in a 9 to 5 environment.
Additionally, Men and women will also often require different approaches to weight loss.
As an example lets say that you want to lose weight. You prepare yourself with buying the right foods and even join a peer group.
Then you start to have unconscious thoughts, about ‘this will never work’ or ‘ I don’t want to give up my favourite food’ or ‘no one cares anyway’.
These unhelpful thoughts have been shaped by our previous experiences, memories and even other peoples limiting beliefs and sabotage your actions therefore, it's important to understand where these came from and then remove the belief so that you can move on
